Shipping

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries including Northern Ireland. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day, excluding weekends and bank and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day. The delivery lead-time commences from the day of dispatch.


At checkout you can select:

STANDARD (Royal Mail Tracked 48) Aims to deliver in two to three working days.

EXPRESS (Royal Mail Tracked 24) Aims to deliver in one to two working days.

These services require a signature at time of delivery.

Non-UK Deliveries:

If your delivery destination is outside the UK, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

Any cancellations, returns and refunds are at our discretion, except for faulty or defective products. In order to proceed with your request, please contact us at info@whall.co.uk, indicating your order number and the reason for return. Please contact us before returning any product.


To cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the order is shipped or within 14 days of delivery. Any request beyond this timeframe will not be taken into account.


Should your return/refund request be accepted, and products already delivered, they must be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days from the cancellation. You’ll be accountable for the return postage and packaging costs. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Restocking fees or penalties for damage/mishandling may be deducted from the refund amount.
